Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Asia-Pacific: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

All shipments include tracking numbers, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Shipping Fees: We offer free standard shipping on orders over a specific threshold (varies by region and promotional period). For orders under the threshold, shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.

Customs and Import Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Faycharles Watches is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking platform. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Returns and Exchanges: We understand that purchasing online can be uncertain, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving the product, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at customersupport@faycharles.xyz with your order number and reason for return. Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label where applicable.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.

Exchanges for Different Models: If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model, please ensure the original item is returned in perfect condition. Once we receive the return, we will ship the replacement item.

Non-returnable Items: Gift cards, custom-engraved watches, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

Responsibility and Risk: All risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is delivered. Faycharles Watches is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
